She regularly represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, and general corporate counseling. She has extensive experience working with angel investors, venture capital funds, and other institutional investors in their portfolio investments and transactions. She also advises clients in a broad range of cross-border transactions and has prior in-house experience at a global technology company.
