Annie counsels emerging and middle-market public and private technology companies and investors on formation, debt and equity financing transactions, public offerings, corporate governance, SEC disclosures, and board and management issues. She supports Silicon Valley start-up companies with early-stage financings, managing their businesses, and commercialization, as well as special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) clients using SPACs as a means of taking companies public. Annie also has a passion for working with female founders.

She advises technology companies in a wide range of sectors, including software as a service, women's health, life sciences, medical devices, fintech, blockchain, renewable energy, emerging automotive technology, media and entertainment, and semiconductors.
