Johannes Klug

Johannes Klug advises national and international employers on all aspects of individual and collective employment and labour law with a focus on the planning and implementation of restructurings, including support in negotiations with employee representatives such as works councils and trade unions. In addition, he advises companies in connection with internal investigations.

He represents companies out of court and before German labor courts, for example in disputes concerning dismissals and remunerations. He also represents companies in disputes with works councils before German labor courts and in conciliation committees.
