Michael has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, venture capital financing, strategic partnerships and licensing agreements. He has represented some of California's most prominent venture funds for their investments in portfolio companies.
EXPERIENCE
Michael's recent mergers and acquisitions experience includes the sale of the Active Network to Vista Equity Partners for approximately US$1.05 billion, the sale of DTS to Tessera Technologies for approximately US$1.0 billion and the sale of Ascent Medical Systems to Stryker Corporation for approximately US$600 million. His clients include NuVasive, Sientra, GenMark Diagnostics, Endologix, Reva Medical, SeaSpine Holdings, R2 Dermatology, AMN Healthcare, and Akoya Biosciences.
