Michael Haggerson

Michael Haggerson is an intellectual property associate with experience in a wide range of disciplines, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, digital therapeutics, biomedical engineering, surgical systems and medical devices, tissue engineering, and orthopedics. Mike counsels' clients in the strategic development and protection of intellectual property portfolios and conducts due diligence, freedom-to-operate, and patentability analyses, as well as preparing and prosecuting patents in the United States and internationally. He also assists in post-grant matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and provides strategic analysis in patent litigation matters. He also counsels' clients on IP-issues in business transactions.
