Piotr Gałązka

Piotr Galązka participates in projects implemented under the project finance and PPP formula. He drafts and reviews EPC agreements, O&M agreements, PPP and concession agreements, investment agreements, share sale agreements and direct agreements. Peter is involved in regulatory and transactional advice for projects in the renewable energy sector (photovoltaics, biogas, as well as onshore and offshore wind farms), and waste incineration plants, water, port and aviation infrastructure projects. He has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions relating to the acquisition, construction and development, and financing of infrastructure assets, including renewable energy installations.
