Shannon Dudic

Shannon Dudic is an experienced litigator who defends high-profile brands in consumer class actions.  She represents clients in a wide-array of cases involving claims alleging false advertising and unfair, unlawful and fraudulent business practices, including those brought under California’s UCL, FAL, CLRA and other consumer protection statutes.  

Ms. Dudic has defended prominent companies in class actions relating to pricing and fee disclosure practices and is at forefront of advising clients on compliance with newly enacted fee disclosure laws, including California’s Senate Bills 478 and 1524. She has a track record for successfully resolving class actions through aggressive motion practice and, at the same time, creatively structures settlements to meet her clients’ unique legal and business needs.   

Shannon focuses her pro bono practice on representing low-income survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in proceedings to obtain restraining orders.
