Mariana focuses her practice on administrative and regulatory law, project finance and structuring for infrastructure projects, and corporate law.

She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on project financing operations, collaborating with key players in the infrastructure and energy sectors, including governments, sponsors, developers, and both private and development banks.

Additionally, Mariana has provided guidance to private companies and government entities in Mexico on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of public tenders related to infrastructure development. Her experience also includes corporate restructuring for public and private entities, as well as cross-border operations in mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
