Brenden Cowlishaw

As a member of the firm’s Securities and Capital Markets group, Brenden practises corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on securities regulation, corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions.

Brenden has experience advising both public and private companies, underwriters and investors on a wide range of matters, including initial public offerings, private placements, due diligence and regulatory compliance. With a client-centric approach, integrity, and a dedication to excellence, Brenden is committed to providing strategic and practical business solutions that meet the needs and goals of each client, while also ensuring their interests are protected in an ever-evolving legal environment.

Brenden received his both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. During law school, Brenden completed an internship with the law reform commission and was part of the editorial board for the Saskatchewan Law Review. Before becoming an associate, Brenden summered and articled with the firm.
