Daniel Cooper

Daniel counsels both established and early-stage companies in a variety of matters, including both buy-side and sell-side transactions, corporate governance issues, and securities law. He works with businesses operating in a range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology and life sciences sectors.

Daniel's practice is primarily concentrated on advising emerging growth companies through various stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation to exit. He has experience representing companies in venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and going public transactions.
