Mark’s practice focuses on domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions. He acts regularly for institutional investors, corporates and portfolio companies on investments, acquisitions, exits and corporate governance matters.
Mark also has experience of managing and delivering large scale reorganisations across multiple jurisdictions. Mark has particular expertise in and focus on the energy and consumer goods sectors.
