Andrea Cerini

Andrea is a lawyer within the Finance, Projects and Restructuring department. He works in the Milan office.

Andrea works in the banking and finance sector and gained an extensive experience in assisting banks and financial intermediaries in the issuance and restructuring of complex financial products. His area of expertise is mainly focused in the implementation of structured finance transactions to support projects in the field of energy and sustainability, with a focus on securitization of energy efficiency projects, both in the private and public sectors.
