Luis Borrero joined the Corporate practice of DLA Piper Spain in January 2008. Prior to this, he worked for over three years in the corporate practice of PWC-Landwell Abogados y Asesores Fiscales, specialising in general Corporate Law, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of companies and businesses as well as commercial agreements; and civil/real estate Law (horizontal divisions, sale of Real Estate properties, urban leasing, inheritances).
