Mallory Biblo

Mallory is a strategic problem solver with the ability to guide clients through matters in the most efficient and effective way using her logic, creativity, and experience. Mallory creates a unique game plan for each matter, with particular focus on the client’s objectives, and then works tirelessly to implement it.

Mallory’s practice encompasses a broad range of substantive matters, including securities related disputes, mergers and acquisitions litigation, and energy matters. Mallory routinely manages internal corporate and government investigations, as well as handles various complex matters in federal and state courts.

Mallory has been recognized for her work by leading legal publications, including D Magazine as a 2022, 2023, and 2024 Best Lawyer Under 40. Mallory was also named a Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Star in Business Litigation in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023 and recognized as a Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in 2021 (Commercial Litigation and Energy Law), 2022 (Commercial Litigation, Antitrust Litigation, and Energy Law), 2023 (Commercial Litigation, Antitrust Litigation, and Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs), 2024 (Commercial Litigation, Antitrust Litigation, and Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs), and 2025 (Commercial Litigation, Antitrust Litigation, and Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs).

Mallory is involved in a number of professional and community organizations. Mallory is a Barrister in the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. She was a committee member of the inaugural class of the Dallas Bar Association’s WE LEAD program. Mallory is a Big Sister at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Dallas. She also served on the Young Leadership Board for Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Mallory was an associate at two nationally renowned litigation boutiques in Dallas.

Mallory earned her B.S. from Cornell University, where she competed for the Women’s Track and Field Team that won six Ivy League Championships. Mallory earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she graduated with honors and was recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and recipient of the Laurence E. Seibel Memorial Award in Labor and Employment Law. She was also a Notes Editor for The George Washington Law Review and Research and Writing Dean’s Fellow. After law school, Mallory clerked for the Honorable Diana Saldaña of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
