Caterina Anselmi

Caterina focuses her practice on banking and financial markets law and on issues related to the provision of investment services, collective asset management and investment solicitation.

She assisted management companies and leading domestic and foreign investors in the structuring and implementation of transactions with alternative investment funds (both real estate and private equity), participated by public or private entities. 

She has also gained experience in authorization procedures and reorganization of the organizational structure of collective asset managers and financial intermediaries assisting Italian and foreign clients.

She is also involved in assisting domestic and foreign management companies and financial intermediaries with respect to regulatory compliance issues.
