Kim Aminian

Kim Aminian is an associate in the Infrastructure and Projects group.

Kim’s practice focuses on infrastructure and project development, including Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. She also advises clients on the development and negotiation of construction contract documents.

Kim has assisted senior counsel in acting for bidders, contractors, and public authorities on PPP projects across Canada. She has experience with a diverse range of PPP projects, ranging from highways and rail transportation to hospitals.

During law school, Kim was the Co-President of the Allard Law Women’s Caucus, competed at the BC Law Schools Moot, and spent a term as a Judicial Intern for judges of the BC Provincial Court. Kim also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.

Kim summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2024.
