DLA Piper has advised Templewater on the acquisition of Knight Auto

DLA Piper has advised Templewater, a leading private equity firm active across Asia Pacific and the world, on its acquisition of Knight Auto Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd., a leading precision engineering firm headquartered in Singapore, with operations in Malaysia, Philippines and China. The transaction closed on 31 August 2023.

Knight Auto is a market leading manufacturer of components for semiconductor chip testing and assembly. The company has industry leading product design capabilities and serves a blue-chip customer base consisting of the world's largest Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs) and Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test Suppliers (OSATs).

DLA Piper acted as overall lead legal advisor to Templewater on this transaction.
