DLA Piper (Canada) LLP acted for the underwriters, Canaccord Genuity Corp., Eight Capital, and Echelon Capital Markets Inc., (co-lead underwriters) and including Beacon Securities Limited and Velocity Trade Capital, in a $75 million bought deal offering for Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. The transaction closed on June 8, 2022.
