AssociateCharlie Bell's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in corporate matters, including cross-border business transactions, regulatory compliance, debt finance, and corporate governance, with special focus on technology and defense sectors. Charlie advises companies on national security reviews and filings with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), as well as anticorruption, anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing, and sanctions compliance, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
