As part of her international tax practice, Lindsey advises US- and foreign-based multinationals on a broad range of tax matters, including post-acquisition planning and integration, pre-divestiture carve outs, utilization of foreign tax credits and other attributes, and legal entity rationalization. She works closely with US and foreign tax, corporate, IP and transfer pricing experts to design and implement tailored transactions to achieve client goals.
Lindsey also advises both multinational and closely held companies on qualification for and transferability of energy tax credits and structuring for qualified small business stock (QSBS) investments.
Lindsey also advises tax-exempt and non-profit organizations on entity formations, dissolutions, related party transactions, and structuring for unrelated trades or businesses.
Lindsey’s experience spans a range of sectors, including technology, consumer, biotechnology, and financial services.
She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and participates in the firm’s Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW).
