Jonathan (Jon) practises commercial real estate law, with a particular emphasis on real estate investment transactions and property development.
Jon provides business focused advice to clients on all aspects of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, management, operation, financing and development of all property types, as well as joint ventures, partnerships and commercial leasing.
Jon has a particular expertise in structuring and leading real estate investment transactions and development projects, including advising on tax considerations. Jon has experience with complex transactions involving natural resources, technology, hospitality, lending platforms, and other unique operating businesses. Jon also assists both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, and acts on a number of real estate related corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
