Aaron focuses his practice on helping entrepreneurs and technology-based start-ups navigate the diverse corporate matters that arise throughout a company's life cycle. He accomplishes this by working with his corporate team to advise emerging and sophisticated private companies so they can raise equity or debt financing, stay on top of their general corporate matters, and go from idea stage to an exit.
Aaron received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis and his law degree from UC Davis School of Law (King Hall), where he focused on business and corporate law. During his time in law school, Aaron received the Witkin Award (the highest grade in the course) in his Start-ups and Venture Capital course.
Aaron works with a wide variety of clients from start-up companies to larger, public companies in the software, healthcare, and construction industries. He assists clients with conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements.
When he is not focused on helping clients form, fund, and bring their ideas to the marketplace, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and spending time with his friends and family. He also enjoys staying on top of the latest developments in the tech industry and meeting smart and creative entrepreneurs at networking events.
