DLA Piper Canada advises Draganfly on its Nasdaq listing and US$20 million public offering
On July 29, 2021, Draganfly Inc. (Nasdaq: DPRO) (“Draganfly”), a drone manufacturer and systems developer, announced the completion of its Nasdaq listing and a US $20 million public offering with common shares. DLA Piper Canada acted as legal advisors for Draganfly on this offering.
Draganfly Inc. offers drone solutions, software, and AI systems serving the public safety, agriculture, industrial inspections, security, mapping, and surveying markets.
