Trevor Wong-Chor named Global Co-Chair of the Energy and Natural Resources group
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Trevor Wong-Chor has been appointed Global Co-Chair of the Energy and Natural Resources group.
Formerly head of the Canadian Capital Markets group and member of the Executive Committee, Trevor has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the Canadian firm throughout his time with DLA Piper. Trevor is highly regarded for assisting corporations and investment dealers working with respect to securities and business law matters, including advising on private and public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and securities regulatory requirements. Trevor has deep experience in the energy sector and is looking forward to working with the Global Energy and Natural Resources team to grow our footprint in all areas of energy (including renewable energy).
He has been recognized by leading legal ranking guides including Chambers Canada, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Best Lawyers in Canada and Acritas Stars.
