Prior to joining DLA Piper, Violeta was an associate at prominent Brazilian and international law firms, where she advised private and public companies on M&A, structuring investments in Brazil, and on general corporate matters, including corporate governance. She also has experience in capital markets, including the issuance of securities in Brazil.
