DLA Piper advises Bank Pekao on the financing of Life Spot apartment projects for a total of nearly PLN140 million
The law firm DLA Piper has advised Bank Pekao S.A. on the financing of Life Spot apartment projects for a total sum of PLN 139,347,000.
Life Spot is a new platform for long-term rental apartments in Poland. The company creates aesthetically pleasing, comfortable apartments tailored to the needs of tenants. It offers locations in Gdynia, Warsaw, Wroclaw and Lodz.
The transaction team included:
- Katarzyna Wacławek (partner) and Bartłomiej Grela from the finance, projects and restructuring practice;
- Michał Pietuszko (partner), Joanna Kuchna and Marek Jaźwiński from the real estate law team.
