Aleksandra Wrońska has vast experience in copyright and industrial property law, with a particular focus on advertising law and film-making law, trademark and industrial design protection, and combating unfair competition.

She advises clients in civil and criminal proceedings concerning the violation of trademark law and copyright law and in registration and other proceedings (including litigious proceedings relating to trademarks) before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also advises the owners of well-known global brands on combating breaches of exclusivity rights in trading.

  • Providing legal services to the producers of films and series, including popular TV series and a series produced in cooperation with a leading global VOD platform; the advice covered drafting and negotiating agreements as well as providing ongoing legal assistance, incuding support in the IP rights clearance process
  • Advising the owner of a well-known leather goods brand in a trademark dispute
  • Providing various legal services to one of the largest media houses in Poland (part of a large international group of advertising, media and PR agencies), including preparing and negotiating contracts and advising on ongoing advertising campaigns
  • Advising clients on advertising and promotional activities, including those concerning medicinal products and dietary supplements
  • Supporting clients (including a leading confectionery manufacturer in Poland) in court disputes concerning breaches of copyright
  • Representing clients before common courts in cases concerning the infringement of personal rights and copyrights
  • Advising clients in disputes concerning breaches of industrial design rights and in court disputes concerning acts of unfair competition
  • Advising client s on combating breaches of exclusivity rights in trading, including obtaining and enforcing customs protection
  • Drafting agreements in the field of intellectual property law, including industrial property law for scientific institutions, as well as drafting and reviewing agreements in the field of intellectual property law and the protection of business secrets for a biopharmaceutical company
  • Advising clients on the application and registration procedure for trademarks and on opposition proceedings
