She advises developers, principals, contractors and operators on legal issues arising throughout the planning, procurement, construction and operational phases of infrastructure projects including on corporate structuring, project delivery models and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Global renewable energy producer on corporate due diligence and share purchase agreement for proposed acquisition of shares in renewables company for solar photovoltaics development portfolio of four projects near Gladstone, Queensland.*

  • Master developer on preparation and negotiation of transaction documents for development of hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing facility in Queensland.*

  • Solar project developer on corporate structuring advice and drafting of development services agreement for solar farm and battery storage solution in NSW.*

  • Various major and regional airports in relation to bespoke agreements for major capital works projects as well as tender documentation for minor capital works projects and development of template procurement document suites (including works contracts and services agreements).*

  • Acciona in relation to the project documents and completion requirements for the development of the AUD511m East Rockingham Resource Recovery Facility in East Rockingham, Western Australia. Acciona was the lead contractor for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) grid scale waste-to-energy project.*

  • TAE Aerospace in relation to preparation and negotiation of project documents in relation to development of Turbine Engine Maintenance Facility for in-country sustainment of the Royal Australian Air Force’s F-35 Lightning II joint strike fighter jets.*

  • Port of Brisbane on project documents for the development and ongoing operation of the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal (including long term state leases, development agreement and construction contracts).*

  • O&M Contractor on amendments to project documentation for the upgrade of high school PPP in NZ.*
