Gabriela has long term experience in advising financial institutions, investors and borrowers on cross-border projects in connection with the structuring and negotiating of credit facility agreements, syndicated loans and all types of security documents.

Prior Experience
Gabriela was seconded to the DLA Piper office in Paris from 2009 to 2011. She has also temporary work experience with a Portuguese law firm in Lisbon.
