Zofia specialises in commercial company law, business law and M&A transactions. In her practice, she focuses on M&A transactions for Polish and foreign clients with a particular focus on the energy sector, renewable energy and private equity investments. Zofia also has extensive experience in due diligence of entities in various sectors, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and support of clients in ongoing corporate matters. 

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of a 100% stake in a portfolio of project companies operating 3 wind farm projects with a total capacity of 142 MW and a portfolio of early-stage hybrid photovoltaic projects in the Wielkopolska region with a total capacity of up to 159 MW to a subsidiary of Orlen S.A. (total transaction value of approximately PLN2.2b).
  • Advising Equinor Group on the acquisition of the ‘Wilko’ wind farm in the Wielkopolska province from Helios Group with a total capacity of 26 MW.
  • Advising the shareholders (including VC funds) of Perfect Gym Solutions S.A., a leader in SaaS products for the fitness industry, on the sale of 100% of its shares to Sport Alliance, a global leader in this industry, funded by PSG Equity.
  • Advising bVALUE Growth in the financing of Sportano, a Polish sports e-commerce brand. In connection with the transaction, the Fund will invest a multimillion-dollar sum, supporting the growth of the brand, which reached PLN300mln in revenue this year.
