Dr Catharina Voß advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law. In the course of her many years of practice, she has specialised in particular in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, property management and brokerage agreements.

She also has extensive experience in advising on property-related disputes in and out of court.

EXPERIENCE

  • Ongoing advice to GLP as a leading investor and developer of logistics properties and distribution parks on all matters relating to the development, letting and property management of over thirty logistics sites in Germany; most recently advice on the letting of the approx. 135,000 sqm logistics centre in Mönchengladbach, one of the largest infrastructure facilities of its kind in Germany, as well as legal advice on the drafting of a Europe-wide property management agreement.
  • Ongoing advice to Catella Real Estate AG on all property law issues relating to the management of the properties held in its portfolio, including advice in civil and administrative property law proceedings for various property funds.
  • Comprehensive advice to Kingstone Investment Management GmbH on all matters relating to tenancy law, in particular the letting of commercial properties at locations in Nuremberg, Munich and Stuttgart.
  • Comprehensive advice to Branicks on the conclusion of commercial leases at various locations in Germany and in particular on the structuring of green leases.
  • Regularly advice to Patrizia AG on property-related matters, administrative court proceedings and tenancy agreement issues for various retail properties in Germany.
  • Long-standing advice to WeWork on leases in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main and Munich, as well as advising on the ongoing asset management of the properties leased to date in Germany.
