About

Line Voldstad works with public procurement law and competition law. Line has broad experience in complying and dealing with the procurement regulations; from planning to carrying out the procurement process and entering into procurement contracts; frequently, on a day to day basis, assisting contracting authorities and bidders in different aspects of procurement processes.

She has, before her time in DLA Piper, several years of experience with procurement processes and managing contracts, including large and complex procurements within public sector.

Furthermore, Line assists clients in regulatory and competition law matters, especially in transactions and mergers; both on a national and international basis. She has assisted DLA Piper´s offices in Brussel and London in international completion law matters.

Line is connected to our litigation team and has previous experience as a junior judge. She frequently assists in various litigation matters; especially in relation to procurement matters. Furthermore, Line has experience with cases before the EU and EFTA courts.
