  • Legal counsel to American Tower Corporation in the sale of its local fibre optics subsidiary redIT to Mexican digital infrastructure provider Flō Networks.

  • Legal counsel to the shareholders of Chocolates Turin in the sale of 100% of their shares in such company to Mars Inc.
