Lana Turpie focuses her practice on technology and intellectual property transactions.  Lana advises clients on business and legal issues relating to acquiring, licensing, and protecting intellectual property assets.  She represents public and private companies in the technology, life sciences, food, nutrition, and dietary supplements, software, IT services, semiconductor, as well as a variety of other industries.  Lana’s experience includes drafting and negotiating intellectual property license agreements, strategic alliance and joint venture agreements, outsourcing agreements, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, website terms of use, master services agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, reseller, supply, and distribution agreements, and other commercial transactions involving intellectual property assets.
