Lindsay Tulloch has over twenty years of experience in structuring and setting up alternative investment funds and assisting with their investments, principally in private equity and venture capital, but also in real estate and media. She is used to advising on international and multi-national corporate structures.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising EIP on the structuring and establishment of EIP Energy-Transition Infrastructure 2022 SICAV-SIF.
  • Advising EIP on the structuring and establishment of other vehicles such as EIP Monza SCS, and ongoing advice on those and numerous further vehicles (such as EIP Renewables Invest SCS; EIP Offshore Wind Germany I SCS; EIP Wind Power Central Norway; EIP (Lux) SICAV-SIF – Energy Infrastructure Europe 2018; EIP Nordic Onshore Wind); all in the field of renewable energy infrastructure.
  • Advising on corporate set-up of the Anton group, Luxembourg, since its inception, and on its media investments in Europe and North America.
