Neill Thupari is developing his broad-based practice in complex civil litigation and state and local government affairs with a particular concentration on commercial disputes, insurance, reinsurance, regulatory, securities, and class action matters.
Neill regularly represents local, national, and international clients in all phases of complex civil litigation and has litigated in state and federal forums throughout the United States. Neill's experience includes extensive motions, discovery, and trial practice in an array of matters involving, but not limited to, insurance, commercial, regulatory, and class action disputes. Neill has also managed discovery in several matters that required significant knowledge and familiarity with multifaceted IT infrastructure, identification, preservation, and analysis of sophisticated document data programming, and related productions.
In addition to his litigation practice, Neill serves as legislative counsel to local, regional, and national clients at the state and local level in Maryland. His work also regularly involves representing clients in administrative and regulatory proceedings before the Public Service Commission of Maryland and related regulatory agencies.
Neill serves as the Co-Chair for the Baltimore Office's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a member of the Firm-Wide Associates' Committee.
