  • Regularly advises Foodsuffs, New Zealand’s largest grocery distributer, on the management of its supermarket leases and negotiating leases and acquiring new sites for the development of supermarkets and ancillary retail across the north island of New Zealand.
  • Advised an Australian private investment group on its $88.8 million purchase of The Palms shopping centre in Christchurch.
  • Advised a global forestry investor on its acquisition of various forestry sites across New Zealand.
  • Advised Auckland Council on several projects including the sale of its maintenance services business unit and licensing part of a stadium for the development and operation of a go-karting track.
  • Advised a local government entity on the licensing of its land for the construction and operation of solar panels as part of a wider power purchase agreement deal to procure clean energy for a wastewater treatment plant on the land.
  • Regularly negotiates leases for local offices and retail stores for multi-national technology companies and high-end retailers.
