About

Michaela is a partner in the banking practice of our Munich and Frankfurt offices with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.

Michaela specialises on all kinds of debt transactions including cross-border, asset-based finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, corporate and acquisition finance, green/sustainable loans as well as NPL-transactions and restructurings. She has a strong track record on advising financial institutions, debt funds and insurance companies as well as investment managers on senior lending, senior/mezzanine structures, preferred equity, loan on loan deals as well as restructuring/special situations, with a focus on the real estate and corporate sector
