With more than 10 years of practice in the area, Cristiano has participated in several real estate transactions, mostly regarding the acquisition of properties and development of real estate developments, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, built to suit agreements, lease agreements and condominium bylaws. In most of the projects, Cristiano has coordinated the due diligences and drafted the main instruments.

EXPERIENCE

  • Assisted a recreational facilities company in drafting the construction agreement for a zipline originating from a major Rio de Janeiro landmark
  • Assisted a real estate company in the acquisition and development of two seaside properties to develop high-profile residential buildings
  • Assisting a petroleum company in the regularization of more than 400 easements distributed in three oil and gas clusters in the northeast region of Brazil, which were acquired from Petrobras
  • Assisted a healthcare company in executing multiple complex lease transactions, including built-to-suit and construction agreements regarding the development of health units that serve as an alternative between acute hospital care and home care for rehabilitation and palliative care patients
