  • Representing a food manufacturer in defense of twenty putative nationwide class actions brought by consumers in the Southern District of New York alleging false advertising in regards to the presence of metals in baby food
  • Representing a firearm manufacturer in defense of a putative class action pending in the Eastern District of Missouri asserting a consumer protection claim based on an alleged product defect
  • Representing a private non-profit university in defense of a putative class action arising from cancellation of in-person classes due to a shift to remote instruction during the Covid-19 pandemic
  • Represented a majority shareholder in a corporate takeover and governance dispute involving a publicly held foreign corporation  
  • Represented a securities issuer in an enforcement action by the Securities and Exchange Commission involving claims under the Exchange Act
  • Represented a railroad company in a Ninth Circuit appeal involving an issue of first impression for the court, when class action tolling ends under the American Pipe doctrine
