About
Victoria Procter is a legal director in the firm’s Restructuring team.  She has wide ranging experience in non-contentious financial and corporate restructuring, turnaround and insolvency matters. Victoria’s clients include insolvency practitioners, receivers, clearing banks and other financial institutions, together with corporate debtors, their directors, shareholders and other stakeholders in relation to financially distressed and insolvency situations.  

Victoria has broad experience across a number of sectors, including real estate, hospitality and leisure, manufacturing and energy. She has completed secondments to two lending institutions.
