  • Advising the central resolution authority within the Banking Union in relation to a multi-jurisdictional operationalisation project as well as on (pre-) banking resolution matters.
  • Advising a global credit management company on the sale and purchase of several performing and non-performing credit portfolios.
  • Advising a shareholder headquartered in the Middle East on the sale of its German manufacturer (and related entities) as part of a financial restructuring.
  • Advising an investor on the purchase of a (non-performing) credit portfolio.
  • Advising a group in the metal and mining sector with sites across the globe on the sale of parts of its business operations in Germany as part of an operational and financial restructuring.
  • Advising UniCredit Bank on the work-out and exit of distressed loan assets.
  • Advising a wind-down bank on inter alia the sale of a multi-national (non-performing) credit portfolio.
  • Advising a leading manufacturer on the acquisition of the business operations of an insolvent detergent manufacturer with headquarters in Germany and an international site in the Netherlands.
  • Advising the insolvency administrator of automotive supplier FLABEG on the sale of the group with headquarters in Germany and international sites (France, Hungary, China, Brazil, USA) to international investment company CORDET.
