Szymon Piotrowski advises public and private sector entities, as well as financial institutions, on investment projects, in particular infrastructure projects implemented under the public-private partnership formula.

He works on both project and financial documents and participates in all stages of projects, including feasibility studies, public procurement proceedings, obtaining financing, and project implementation.

He has worked on projects in a variety of sectors, including transportation infrastructure, social housing, sport infrastructure and public utility buildings.

He also advises clients on corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions, as well as offering financial regulatory support.

  • Advising Pekao S.A. on the financing of a PPP project for the construction and operation of car parks in Łódź provided to a subsidiary of Mota-Engil.
  • Drafting templates of the procurement documentation as a part of the guidelines for the City of Warsaw on the implementation of projects under the construction works concession formula.
  • Drafting guidelines for the Ministry of Climate and Environment on the development of Energy Performance Contracting Agreements.
  • Advising a subsidiary of BaltCap on a PPP energy-efficiency project in the Lubań Municipality (procurement proceedings, subcontracts, and ongoing project implementation).
  • Advising a contractor during the public procurement proceedings (prequalification, competitive dialogue, and bidding) for a PPP project (social housing).
  • Advising a contractor during public procurement proceedings for a PPP project (waste-water treatment plant).
