Alessandro Piermanni is a Partner in the Corporate M&A department as well as Head of Industrials Sector in Italy and is based in the Milan office.

Alessandro has a comprehensive experience in transactional matters and advises domestic and international clients on the entire field of extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on industrial M&A, private equity, private clients and other strategic operations across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, mechanics, chemicals, infrastructure, fashion, luxury, food, life sciences, education, energy and financial institutions. In this perspective he has developed a solid knowledge in cross-border corporate and M&A transactions which require an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.
