EXPERIENCE

  • Advising a global radiology company in relation to a £1.2m breach of contract dispute with a National Health Service trust.
  • Representing a global food & beverages company in respect of reputationally sensitive claims of sexual harassment, racism, homophobia and sexual offences before the English High Court and Employment Tribunal. This also involved advising the company in respect of an investigation by the Equality and Human Rights Commission into the company’s compliance with a section 23 agreement.
  • Representing a major sports regulator in relation to high-profile arbitration proceedings against a sports club. The arbitration concerned the sports club’s alleged breaches of key financial regulations.
