Heather O’Brien focuses her practice on structured finance and asset-backed transactions. She has represented issuers, underwriters, equity investors and asset managers in connection with collateralized loan obligation transactions, warehouse financing transactions, auto receivables securitization transactions and unsecured consumer loan warehouse and securitization transactions. Heather also represents lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions, including secured financings backed by a wide variety of assets classes, including esoteric assets, consumer loans, automobile loans and leveraged loans.

She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review.
