Tamsin Nicholds has over 20 years’ experience working with listed companies, large privately held companies and growth companies looking to incentivise and reward their management and staff.

She has a particular interest in using share incentives structures to support wider corporate development such as on IPO or organic growth and in implementing tax-advantaged all-employee plans throughout the workforce.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising on IPOs on the AIM and main market, including supporting the introduction on new incentivisation arrangement to unite the global workforce and capitalise on the ability to deliver reward in tradeable securities.*
  • Advising a FTSE 100 company on a complex takeover. This involved advising on unwinding existing plans and introducing new incentives to ensure retention of key staff.*
  • Advising on sales of companies to employee ownership trusts and governance arrangements for establishing and maintaining EOTs. Tamsin has worked with EOTs in the built environment, sustainability, education and training, legal services, engineering, agriculture and financial industries.*
  • Advising a FTSE 250 company on their annual operation of incentives plans globally including international sharesave and share purchase arrangements.
  • Advising growth companies on the introduction of Enterprise Management Incentive arrangements to take advantage of generous tax benefits in the UK.
