Tia Nguyen

Tia Nguyen is an associate in DLA Piper's litigation and regulatory practice group and labor and employment practice group, representing clients in both state and federal courts. As part of her litigation practice, Tia represents companies in class action suits, including data security and consumer protection claims, as well as contract and property disputes. Tia's experience involves counselling clients through each state of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motions practice, mediation, and trial. In addition, Tia counsels clients on various labor and employment issues, including internal investigations, employee handbooks and policies, and harassment and discrimination allegations.
