Noa Naaman specialises in intellectual property law with a focus on trademark, design, copyright and advertising law, as well as online disputes and legal aspects of artificial intelligence. She acts both as a trial lawyer and as an advisor in (licensing) negotiations and strategic IP enforcement matters. Noa has great interest in art law and has acted for cultural institutions in art-related disputes. Previously, Noa has gained experience in financial and commercial litigation, including interim relief proceedings, attachment proceedings, evidentiary seizures and cross-border disputes, and has represented large (Dutch) banks and other financial institutions.

Noa has published various articles in both national and international legal journals on intellectual property-related topics.
