Connor Moldo represents sponsors and investors in forming, investing in, and operating private funds. His practice focuses on representing the sponsors and management teams of leading venture capital, real estate, and other private equity investment funds in their global fundraising activities. He assists clients in drafting and negotiating fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, side letters and private placement memoranda.
In addition to structuring fund sponsor and management arrangements, including parallel funds, co-investment entities, and special purpose vehicles, Connor has experience in structuring real estate related joint venture acquisitions, REIT transactions, and ongoing fund operational matters. Connor also represents institutional and individual high-net-worth investors in private fund investments and side letter negotiations.
During law school, Connor was a senior editor for the Hastings International & Comparative Law Review and a member of the Moot Court team.
